HOLISTIC, EMBODIED, SOMatIC COUNSELLING AND THERAPY

We offer a holistic approach to our counselling and therapy practice which incorporates reverence for the mind, heart and soul. This allows our clients to explore insights which they may not have previously gained through talking therapy. While you can experience firsthand what constellation therapy or horse therapy, you can always benefit from a constellation therapy near me or horse guided therapy near me with a remote session through Zoom or WhatsApp.
The practice of family and systemic constellation work transcends the individual realm to include the relational, from the familial, ancestral, social to the cultural, and other inter-related networks we belong to, are entangled with, or attached to. This practise promotes an embodied, experiential and somatic approach to issues, traumas and challenges we face in our life journey, helping us discern between legacies we may have inadvertently adopted as our own, or perhaps narratives we have unconsciously developed for our protection that no longer serve, or even stories we may consciously cling to about ourselves which we have outgrown.

Individual Session £70-£90/session
Group Sessions (min.4 people) £70 per person
Horse Guided Session £90-£120/session
Horse Guided Group Session (min. 4 people) £90 per person

SUPERVISION FOR coaches, counsellors & THERAPISTS
Shivaun is a certified supervisor with training from the CSC. She offers supervision support to counsellors, coaches and therapists.
